Agreement and eligibility

By using Kinevello AI you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service.

Account

Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Credits and purchases

Credits are sold as one-time packages, not a subscription, at the price shown at checkout. Credits are reserved when you submit a generation and are charged on success or returned on a confirmed failure. See the Refund Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You may not upload or submit content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or that you do not have the rights to use. You must follow our Content Policy, which lists the kinds of content we do not allow. You may not attempt to bypass our safety measures, reverse engineer the service, or abuse or overload it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to everything you upload. Do not upload images of public figures, celebrities or politicians. Only upload photos of yourself, or photos of other people who have given you their consent to use them.

Generated content

Videos are produced by third-party AI models. Results may vary and may be imperfect or inaccurate, so review output before sharing or publishing it. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you may use the videos you generate for your own purposes. You may not present AI-generated content as a real person, event or statement, or use it to mislead others.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features, models and pricing may change, and we may suspend or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kinevello AI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
