Content Policy
We review prompts and images for safety, and we do not allow certain kinds of content.

What is not allowed
You may not use Kinevello AI to create or attempt to create content that is sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or sexualizes minors; depicts violence, hate, harassment or self-harm; or is otherwise illegal or harmful. This applies to prompts, reference images and any other material you submit.
Other prohibited content
You may not submit or generate content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, impersonates a real person without consent (including deepfakes), misleads others about what is real, or involves minors in sexual, exploitative or dangerous situations.
People and likeness
Do not submit images of public figures, celebrities or politicians, and do not use AI to impersonate or depict real people without their permission. Only upload photos of yourself, or photos of other people who have given you their consent.
How moderation works
Before generation, we run automated safety checks on your prompt and reference images. Content that does not pass these checks is declined, and no credits are charged or reserved. If a check cannot be completed, generation is paused rather than skipped.
If content is declined
You can change your prompt or images and try again. Repeated or deliberate attempts to bypass these checks may result in suspension or termination of your account.
